Mark Fishbein
Senior Office Coordinator

“I don’t want anyone to go through the experiences I endured following my father’s death.” This was Mark’s first case, twenty years ago, and was the singular event that has molded his practice philosophy: “Peace of Mind.”

Mark practiced law for nearly forty (40) years specializing in the areas of estate planning, business and corporate planning and asset protection planning. Mark’s first case as an attorney was the administration of his father’s estate following his father’s death. Since retiring from the active practice of law as a licensed attorney, Mark now brings his personal experience as well as years of practice to the strength of the ALTA team. Mark has written and holds a copyright on his Trust and estate planning documents.
