Mr. Mark Fishbein, Tucson’s Experienced Estate Planner with ALTA Estate, has gained valuable experience over the years to best assist his clients. Mr. Fishbein is the founder of ALTA Estate Services, LLC. This Estate Planning agency specializes in expert, legal documentation preparation for Wills, Family Trusts, Medical Powers of Attorney, and Business Licensing. With over 40 years of experience, ALTA’s focus is to provide the very best legal documentation preparation for its clients across Arizona.

Mark Fishbein, Tucson practiced law for nearly forty (40) years specializing in the areas of estate planning, business, corporate planning, and asset protection planning. Mark’s first case as an attorney was the administration of his father’s estate following his father’s death. Since retiring from the active practice of law as a licensed attorney, Mark now brings his personal experience as well as years of practice to the strength of the ALTA team. Mark has written and holds a copyright on his Trust and estate planning documents.
